Relocation
As an Asian diaspora, I understand first-hand how difficult it can be to move to a new country. I have lived in Canada and the Middle East and am now spending half of my time in the United Kingdom.
The academic pressure that comes with relocation, coupled with the task of adjusting to different educational systems and expectations, can indeed be overwhelming.
It's a common experience that many can relate to.
While talking with friends and family can help process your thoughts and feelings, when anxiety or sadness persists, one should consider talking to a therapist to navigate the emotional landscape of relocation more effectively.
Remember, you're not alone in this. I'm here to help. Whether it's in person during my time in Hong Kong or online when I'm away, I'm available to provide the support you need.
“All mankind is divided into three classes: those that are immovable, those that are movable, and those that move.” – Benjamin Franklin
